3.1 Role of OilnGasMarket: OilnGasMarket acts as a platform connecting Customers and Service Providers. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between Customers and Service Providers.
3.2 Purchasing Process:
Customers can browse, check availability, and purchase products directly through the Platform. Service Providers are responsible for updating their product availability and ensuring the accuracy of their listings.
3.3 Payments:
All payments are processed through OilnGasMarket’s secure payment system. Service Providers agree to pay applicable platform fees for sales made through the Platform.

Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Service Providers and outlined in their listings. Customers must review and accept the Service Provider’s policies before purchasing. OilnGasMarket is not responsible for disputes regarding cancellations or refunds.

Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 User-Generated Content: Users may upload content, such as images, reviews, or descriptions, to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant OilnGasMarket a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content for the operation and promotion of the Platform.
